Articles and will promulgate such ordinshoes, enactments
or regulations as may be required to give them the force
of law.
Article 24., Substitute the following -
This agreement shall remain in force for a period of
five yeara from the date of its eminginto fores.
It shall be subject to revision at any time by mutu3 MÄ
agreement between the contracting parties and unless
denounced by the Government of the United Kingdom
of Great Britain and Herthern ireland or by the
National Government of the Republic of China by notice
gives six months before the expiration of the period
of five years, it shall continue in force from year
to year until terminated by eitner party by notie e
given six months before the end of the current yearly
period.
Article 28. Substitute to following
This Agreement has been draw up in English and in
Chinese. In the event of there being any difference of
meaning between the English and the Chinese texts, the
English text shall prevail.
